We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help with a clear and caring returns process.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that due to the living and perishable nature of some products, certain items cannot be returned (see below).
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Contact Us Within 15 Days
Email our care team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. - Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box. - Ship the Item
Send the package to our nursery address (provided in your RA email). We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. - Inspection & Processing
Once received, our team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days. Upon approval, we will initiate your refund or ship your exchange.

Refund Timeline & Method
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item via your preferred shipping method (Standard or Free Shipping) once the return is received.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their delicate, living, or personalized nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Color Enhanced Air Plants: These specially treated plants are unique and may vary from screen images.
- Live Air Plants (if opened or removed from packaging): To ensure their health, once the seal is broken, we cannot accept returns.
- Sealife & Specialty items: Handcrafted or fragile decorative pieces that are easily damaged.
- Custom or personalized Terrarium Kits & Containers.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item from these categories, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will gladly make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or with incorrect items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly, with no return shipping cost to you.
